We can deliver orders to most countries in the world. Goods are sent from China by courier and delivered directly to your door (home or company address).
We accept a number of major credit cards and electronic transactions including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPay, & Apple Pay
Most orders arrive within 7-20 Business Days, however, this may differ. Please read the product description *Usually at the bottom.
Once your order has shipped you will be notified by email and provided with tracking information. Note this can take anywhere from 5-10 business days post order.
The time between the initial package scan and its arrival in the country of delivery, is the lengthiest amount of time. Once it arrives in the country of delivery an estimated delivery date generally updates within a few business days.
As our prices are listed in CAD (as indicated at checkout) you may notice a different charge on your bank statement than on the receipt of your order, this is due to the conversion rate processed by your bank.
If a key part of your product is missing on delivery, here is how we can solve the problem for you:
  1. Contact us first, with your order number and product code; we will help to clarify what part is missing.
  2. For major, expensive and integral product parts we may need to follow it up as a "lost/stolen in delivery"
  3. If the part is small or an accessory, we will most likely be able to help you by simply re-sending it.
